Is Lotus the right level of care for me or my family?
Lotus is designed for older adults who want a smaller residential setting and help with daily living, medication routines, and supervision. Before a move, we review individual needs with the resident, family, and care providers to confirm that the home can appropriately support them.
Who is there overnight, and how is nursing provided?
Our operating model includes a fully staffed home with 24/7 caregiver supervision. Nursing is provided through on-call support and regular visits. During your consultation, we will explain the home’s staffing coverage and the support available for your particular needs.
Are private rooms available?
Private rooms are our primary offering, with shared rooms also available. We will review room layouts, bathroom arrangements, accessibility, and availability at your preferred home during a private consultation.
What does living at Lotus cost?
Pricing is discussed privately, based on your preferred home, room, and assessed care needs. Your written proposal will explain the monthly rate, included services, any additional or third-party costs, and how changes in care could affect pricing before you make a decision.
Can a resident stay if their needs change?
Our goal is a stable, long-term home. We review care as needs evolve and support residents for as long as the home can appropriately meet their needs. If a different setting becomes necessary, we work with the resident, family, and care providers on a thoughtful transition.
Can we visit and involve other family members?
Yes. We welcome family involvement and offer in-person or virtual tours. During your consultation, we will discuss visit preferences, communication, and who the resident wants involved in care decisions.
